Your save
- The game saves on the device you play on — in the app, or in the browser if you play at the web version.
- There’s no copy on a server, so we can’t restore a lost save. Deleting the app, or clearing the browser’s data for this site, deletes the game.
- A save doesn’t move between devices or browsers.
Starting over
Settings → Start over. Cash, rep, gear, every job and the business name go, and there’s no undo. Haptics and motion settings stay as they were.
Controls
On a phone, your left thumb steers and your right thumb holds Blades. The deck buttons raise and lower the cut, and the tool tray switches between whatever’s on the ute. The buttons down the right swap between 3D and top-down, show the whole yard or follow the mower, and (in 3D) look behind you.
On a keyboard: WASD or the arrow keys steer, Space holds the blades, Q and E lower and raise the deck, C switches Self-propel on a mower that has it, R restarts a stalled engine, 1–5 switch tools and B bags the tarp.
Driving is too hard (or too easy)
- Pause the job, or open Settings → Assists. Some minds the throttle, the blades and the cut height while you steer; Full steers as well. Each helper has its own switch too.
- Put a thumb on the stick and you’re driving again; let go and the assists take back over.
- The pay and the rep are the same with assists on. The invoice just says so.
- Steering has two styles: Drive (up is forwards, down backs up) and Map (the stick is a direction on the map, and the mower heads that way). Both work in 3D and top-down.
My suburb isn’t loading
- Choosing a suburb needs a connection the first time. After that the map and the jobs are kept on your device.
- Try the postcode, or “Use my location”. If the lookup fails, the game stays in Coolamon Bay and says so.
- You can switch areas from the chip at the top of HQ or Jobs, except while a job on that area’s map is under way.
Your street isn’t finding my place
- It needs a connection. Coolamon Bay doesn’t.
- Try the full address with the suburb and state.
- Lot boundaries come from open data for New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland. Anywhere else, and whenever the map data doesn’t come through, the game guesses more of the yard and tells you so.
Light and dark
Settings → Appearance: System, Light or Dark. On System it follows your device.
Motion and haptics
Settings has a switch for haptics and a choice for reduced motion. Left on System, it follows your device’s own reduced-motion setting.
